Open source is an open forum, a community that anyone can join and express their comments.
Look around us…Is it happiness that we see everytime? Can we continue to be ignorant of those who suffer? We are here to talk for them, a young generation including the students…It is just our responsibility.
Let me remind you a story that you’ve heard…that we all know… The tearful story about endosulfan victims in the Kasargod district of Kerala. We are lifting a light of hope for them by launching a new musical video album. We expect you to help us in this endeavour. Your small contribution can make a huge difference in the life of someone. We humbly request your financial supports, sponsorships and encouragement to make this venture a huge success. The money collected will be completely utilised for the upliftment of endosulfan victims.
Why a musical album?
This is an entirely different approach. The importance of music is a greater part of life; which harmony receives soothing sound of gentleness. Music is what brings us peace. Music heals the heart, and soothes the soul. This particular album is produced by a group of students. The young generation must be aware of whatever that happens in society. They must be capable of raising their voice against the social evils. This is just a beginning…This musical album consist of 8 different tracks, tuned by Ambarish.P.Vasu ( Law college student, kottayam ), which is penned & produced by Maratt.L.T (M.Sc CS student of Amritapuri Campus, kollam) . The professional & famous malayalam singers will breathe life into the songs.
Dear friends, you are our strength. If you all are with us, we are sure that this new venture is going to be a huge success. We want to thank each and everyone of you who would like to join with us.

ഓപ്പണ് സോഴ്സ് ഒരു ഓപ്പണ് ഫോറമാണ്.കൊല്ലം ജില്ലയിലെ വിദ്യാര്ത്ഥികള് ചേര്ന്ന് രൂപം നല്കിയ ഒരു തുറന്ന കൂട്ടായ്മ.ആര്ക്കും അംഗമാകാവുന്ന അഭിപ്രായം പറയാവുന്ന കൂട്ടം..ഒര് ജനകീയ കൂട്ടായ്മ.നമ്മുടെ ചുറ്റുവട്ടത്തേക്കൊന്ന് നോക്കു.ചിരിക്കുന്ന മുഖങ്ങള് മാത്രമാണോ കണ്ണിലെത്തുന്നത്..?അല്ല.നിരാലംബരായ എത്രയോ കോടി ആള്ക്കാര്..നമ്മുടെ സഹോദരങ്ങളുടെ ദുരിതങ്ങള് കണ്ടില്ല എന്ന് നടിക്കാന് നമുക്കാകുമോ..?അവര്ക്കുവേണ്ടി സംസാരിക്കുകയാണ് ഓപ്പണ് സോഴ്സ്..വിദ്യാര്ത്ഥികള് ഉള്പ്പെടുന്ന യുവതലമുറ.അത് ഞങ്ങളുടെ ഉത്തരവാദിത്വമാണ്.നിങ്ങള്ക്കറിയാവുന്ന ഒര് കഥ പറയട്ടെ.കേരളത്തിലെ കാസര്കോഡ് ജില്ലയില് എന്ഡോസള്ഫാന് എന്ന കൊടും വിഷത്തിന്റെ ദുരന്തം അനുഭവിക്കുന്ന ഒരു കൂട്ടം മനുഷ്യരുടെ കഥ.അവരുടെ കണ്ണീരില് പങ്കുചേര്ന്ന് ഒര് കുഞ്ഞു വെളിച്ചമാകുകയാണ് ഞങ്ങള്.അതിനുവേണ്ടി ഞങ്ങള് കണ്ടെത്തിയ വഴിയും വ്യത്യസ്തമാണ്.ഒരു മ്യൂസിക്കല് ആല്ബം.നല്ല ചിലവു പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്ന ഈ ഉദ്യമം ജനങ്ങള്ക്കിയില് നിന്നാണ് ഉണ്ടാകുന്നത്.സുമനസ്സുകളുടെ സംഭാവനകള്,സ്പോണ്സര്ഷിപ്പ്,മറ്റ് സഹായങ്ങള് വഴിയാണ് ഇതിനുള്ള ഫണ്ട് കണ്ടെത്തുന്നത്.ഇതില് നിന്ന് കിട്ടുന്ന പണം മുഴുവനായും എന്ഡോസള്ഫാന് ദുരന്തമനുഭവിക്കുന്നവര്ക്കു വേണ്ടിയാകും.

ഇത് തികച്ചും വേറിട്ട ഒരു സമീപനമാണ്.മനുഷ്യമനസ്സില് സംഗീതത്തിനുള്ള സ്ഥാനം വളരെ വലുതാണ്.കരയുന്ന മനസ്സുകള്ക്ക് സാന്ത്വനമാകാന് വരെ സംഗീതത്തിന് കഴിയും.വിദ്യാര്ഥികള്ക്കിയില് നിന്നാണ് ആല്ബം ഉണ്ടാകുന്നത്.സമൂഹത്തില് നടക്കുന്ന ഏതിനെ കുറിച്ചും ബോധമുള്ളവരായിരിക്കണം യുവതലമുറ.അവര്ക്ക് പ്രതികരിക്കാനും ശബ്ദമുയര്ത്താനും കഴിയണം.ഇത് അതിനെല്ലാം ഒരു തുടക്കമാണ്.
കോട്ടയം ലോ കോളേജ് വിദ്യാര്ത്ഥിയായ അബരീഷ്.പി.വാസു സംഗീതം നല്കി,കൊല്ലം അമൃതപുരി ക്യാമ്പസിലെ വിദ്യാര്ത്ഥിയായ എല്.റ്റി.മറാട്ട് രചനയും സംവിധാനവും നിര്വഹിക്കുന്ന എട്ട് ഗാനങ്ങളാണ് ആല്ബത്തിലുള്ളത്.മലയാളത്തിലെ പ്രമുഖ ഗായകരായിരിക്കും അതിന് ജീവന് നല്കുക.

Kindly Stop Pouring Endosulfan over their Heads

Endosulfan is the insecticide, which has been banned in more than 63 countries. In India we are using it extensively. Government-of-India–owned Hindustan Insecticides Limited is one among the producers of this toxin. In our country only debates are going on. We will appoint committees and commissions for detailed report on how it affects health and life. We send experts’ group to visit Endosulfan-affected areas. NO USE 
. I will say nothing need to be considered other than Humanity to ban toxins like endosulfan.

The wikipedia page gives us information about Endosulfan, its uses, toxicity and all. But I WON’T suggest you to go to it, because it has only scientific information. Instead have a look at those pictures below from the villages of Kasargod in Kerala. Endosulfan is being poured over their heads for more than 20 years, only for the yield of fault-free cashew crops.
ഒരല്പം കരുണ കാണിക്കാന് ആര്ജവമില്ലാത്ത ഒരു സമൂഹത്തില് ജനിച്ചു എന്നതായിരിക്കും ഈ കുരുന്നുകള് ചെയ്ത തെറ്റ് . ന്യായാധിപന്മാരെ ശുംഭാന്മാര് എന്നും. IAS കാെര കഴുതകള് എന്നും വിളിക്കാന് നാക്ക് വളയ്ക്കുന്ന ജന നായകന്മാര് ഒന്നും ഇവര്ക്ക് േവണ്ടി ശബ്ദമുയര്തിയത് േകട്ടില്ല. കണ്മുന്നില് കാണുന്ന ക്രുരത കണ്ടില്ല എന്ന് നടിക്കാം അല്ലെങ്കില് സഹതപിക്കാം, പ്രതികരിക്കാം . ഒന്നിനും കഴിയില്ലെങ്കില് പ്രാര്തിക്കയെങ്കിലും െചയ്യാം.
